2. Does curd improve digestion? For most people, curd helps in digestion. The live cultures present in it are helpful in maintaining the balance of good and bad bacteria in the intestine. This can reduce problems like gas, constipation or indigestion.
3. Does eating curd cause cough and cold? It is a common belief that curd causes cold and cough, but this is not true for everyone. Most people do not get cold from eating curd, if a person is sensitive to cold things or is already suffering from cold, then he may feel some discomfort.
4. Is it okay to eat curd at night? If someone does not have any problem in eating curd at night, then he can eat it. However, the doctor advises not to eat dinner too late. It is better to have dinner around 7 pm.
