In ‘Cheg.ORG Global Student Prize 2025’, a student of India has managed to make it to the top 10 finalists. He has been selected for his entrepreneurship spirit of US $ 1,00,000 ‘Cheg.ORG Global Student Prize 2025’. 11 thousand people from 148 countries had enrolled and applied, out of which they have succeeded in making their place.
Adarsh Kumar is from Jayashree Periwal International School in Jaipur, Rajasthan. He is the only Indian student to be selected for this annual award. The award is given to an extraordinary student who has widely influenced education and society.

Adarsh Kumar discovered coding and startup ecosystem through YouTube and Google at an early age, when his mother spent his life-long deposits to get him a laptop. He started his first venture in eighth grade, which failed, but his second enterprise, ‘Mission Change’ helped 1,300 families to reach welfare schemes-Ayushman Bharat Card, Pension, Kovid-19 vaccine and school enrollment.
Adarsh Kumar was born in Champaran, Bihar. He is the first student to win a full scholarship of Rs 30 lakh in JPIS and now he is helping to repeat that success for others as well. The Chairman of the Cheg and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Nathan Shastra said, ‘Your work is adventurous, thoughtful and extremely zajur. Adarsh went to Kota in search of IIT-JEE coaching with just Rs 1,000 at the age of 14. He was unable to bear the cost of coaching, so he used free Wi-Fi in the library to send emails to mentors and finally joined the programs, internships in start-ups and working with founders. If he wins this global award, he wants to start an AI-managed, low bandwidth mentorship platform for rural areas. The top 10 students this year include 17 -year -old Canadian student Krishi Thakuria of Indian origin, who have been selected to use Artificial to change educational results.
