The wait for thousands of youths of Maharashtra is finally over. The state cabinet has approved the recruitment of about 15,000 new policemen in the Maharashtra Police Force. This proposal was passed in this cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, so that a big step will now be taken to meet the shortage of police force in the state.
This decision has brought a new ray of hope not only for the police department, but also for the youths looking for jobs. The police recruitment process, which has been stopped for a long time, will start soon and thousands of youth will get a chance to show their ability.
In the monsoon session of the first state legislature, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced the filling of 13,560 vacant police posts. Earlier in June, the Director General of Police had told that about 10,000 posts will be recruited. Physical examination will be conducted on 15 September.

What should the youth interested in police recruitment do?
The youth who are dreaming of police recruitment should not wait anymore. The recruitment process usually consists of three stages. Physical test is tested for race, length, weight and fitness. Written Test is tested in this test related to General Knowledge, Reasoning and Subject.
Interview is the final stage of the selection process. Candidates should start preparations for these three from now. Fitness training, regular studies and solving questions of previous years can prove to be very helpful. Candidates should continue to train continuously for physical tests. Practice to complete the race on time, apart from this, there are many other physical parameters for this, work continuously for this.

On issuing official notification, all the candidates will have to read the information of eligibility criteria, age limit, educational qualification and necessary documents carefully. Usually, it is necessary to pass high school or intermediate pass for police recruitment, but this criterion can be changed.
