It has now been launched in a new avatar in Japan as a 2025 model. There has been no major change in the engine or features of the bike, but its new look and style have caught everyone’s attention.
Its new look looks even more sporty and attractive. Let us know what is new in this updated model and why this bike is not available in India.
What is new this time?
2025 Kawasaki Ninja 400 has been launched in two new colors (Metallic Carbon Gray X Ibony and Lime Green X Ibony). Along with these new color options, new graphics have also been given, which gives it a more sporty and attractive look than ever. The special thing is that these changes are only cosmetic, that is, they have only affected the appearance of the bike. There has been no change in its engine and performance. This means that the Ninja 400 was as powerful as before, it is still as strong, but now it comes with more stylish and modern look.
No compromise in engine and performance
The Ninja 400 has given the same 399cc parallel twin-cylinder engine, which generates 44.5 bhp strength and 38 Nm of torque. This engine comes with a 6-speed gearbox, which makes the riding experience more smooth. The total weight of the bike is only 168 kg, making it easier to handle, and has a 14 -liter fuel tank, which is perfect for a long distance ride. Its suspension setup has further telescopic forks and behind monoshock. Talking about the braking system, it has a single disc brakes in front and back, as well as 17-inch alloy wheels which make its sports look even better.
Why is Ninja 400 not getting in India?
In India, Kawasaki had earlier launched this model, but this bike used to come as a CBU (Completely Built-up) unit, that is, it was completely imported from abroad. For this reason, its price was very high, which used to go out of the budget of common customers. For this reason, the company closed this model in India and now NINJA 500 has been in the market in its place. At the same time, the old Ninja 300 is still available in the Indian market for low budgets.
Why is Japan so popular?
According to Japan’s traffic and driving rules, motorcycles up to 400cc are placed in the Beenner category. Because of this, Kawasaki Ninja 400 is quite popular among the new riders there. Whether it is going to go to office daily or to ride on the race track, this bike gives better performance in every situation.
