Nitish cabinet: A cabinet meeting was held on Tuesday (June 10, 2025) under the chairmanship of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. 22 agendas have been approved in this meeting. Many big decisions have been taken in the meeting. Seven doctors have been dismissed. This action has been taken by the government due to constant absence.

Among the seven doctors who have been dismissed, Dr. Ashish Kumar, Dr. Mo. Firdaus and Dr. Jagriti Sonam are included. All three were medical officers in Khagaria. Apart from these, Dr. Anamika Kumari has been dismissed. She was in Lakhisarai. Apart from Dr. Anupam Kumari of Lakhisarai and Dr. Abhinav Kumar, Anupam Kumar of Begusarai has also been dismissed.
On the other hand, in addition to new appointments in the meeting, many big projects and road construction schemes have been approved. Apart from this, where the women government servants are posting, the proposal related to providing housing facilities has also been approved. There will be an agreement with private landlord. The state government will pay.

Creation of more than eight thousand clerk posts
On the other hand, in the cabinet meeting, approval has been given to create 8093 posts of clerk in the Gram Panchayat office at the panchayat level. Apart from this, four planning based posts of various categories have also been created in the Directorate of Aircraft Organization. 36 new posts have been created for the establishment and operation of Sports Injury Unit at Jayaprakash Narayan Hospital in Patna. 14 posts of various categories have also been created in the Directorate of Agricultural Marketing.
