The musical romantic film ‘Saira’ is not taking the name of stopping the storm at the box office. The film released on July 18 is earning fiercely even after 12 days. Even new release films are not getting screens in theaters. The craze of debut actors’s film ‘Saira’ is also nervous, and is playing different bets to make their catch at the box office.
‘Dhadak 2’ stakes to avoid ‘Saira’
- Siddhant Chaturvedi and Trupti Dimri starrer romantic film ‘Dhadak 2’ is also ready for release.
- The film will be released in theaters on August 1 and before release, the makers have adopted a trick to increase the collection.
- Several days before the release, the makers have released a 50 % discount offer on the tickets of ‘Dhadak 2’.
- However, the film has got only 1000 screens.
Screens of ‘Son of Sardar 2’ decreased due to ‘Saira’!
- Ajay Devgan, Mrinal Thakur and Ravi Kishan’s comedy film ‘Son of Sardar 2’ is also trapped in the storm of ‘Saira’. The film was first to knock in theaters on 25 July.
- But seeing the Tehelka of ‘Saira’ at the box office, the makers posted the release date of ‘Son of Sardar 2’ and now it will be released on August 1.
- Makers wanted to release the film on 3500 screens. However, now it will be released only on 2500 screens.
- Apart from this, a discount of 50 % has also been offered on tickets for the first day show of ‘Son of Sardar 2’ like ‘Dhadak 2’.
The release date of ‘Param Sundari’ also postponed
Siddharth Malhotra and Jahnavi Kapoor’s film ‘Param Sundari’ was also scheduled to release on 25 July. But seeing the crowd of ‘Saira’ and other films at the box office, the makers have put forward the release date of the film. Now ‘Param Sundari’ will be released in theaters on August 29.
