In the Dubai offer, he will be given a salary of AED 18,000 every month, which sits Rs 50 lakh annually before paying tax. This package also includes health insurance coverage, movement expenses and AED 1,500 flight allowance for themselves.

The person has also received an offer of Rs 33 lakh annually from a company in India. It also includes facilities like hybrid work model, health insurance for both family and parents and better work-life balance. Dubai offers may be seen more on the papers, but he is not confident whether it has the right market value for a person with his level experience. Through his post, he asked, “Is Aed 18,000/month correct for someone with a six -year experience or is I being given a low price in terms of Dubai?”
