Cancer top health concert in India: People in India have all kinds of diseases, in which many are fatal and fatal. In all these diseases, cancer remains the biggest concern in front of people. This is not the case, but in the recent report. In fact, a global survey has been conducted, in which about 50 percent of Indians have described cancer as their health concern. At the same time, about 28 percent of the people have described obesity as their health concern.
Survey conducted on people of 31 countries
In this new report of Epsos Health Service, people from about 31 countries including India were surveyed, in which it was observed that 47 percent of people of India described cancer as major health concern, after which obesity (28 percent), mental health (26 percent), drug abuse (16 percent) and stress (14 percent) were ranked.

Increase in previous report on obesity
Comparing these figures with the conclusions of 2023, cancer has seen a rapid decline of 12 percent as anxiety, while obesity has increased by 10 percent, followed by mental health (7 percent) and drug abuse (2 percent).
There is a need to create awareness among people
Commenting on the findings of the report, Gauri Pathak, head of Ipsos India’s Healthcare and Pharma Research, said, “Top health concern in India remains concerned. The reason for increasing concern about obesity may be a fear made by various companies about risks and treatment requirements. In such a situation, there is a need to create awareness among people that there is a great need to create awareness among the people that they can be overcome with gradually and frequent lifestyle.”
‘Good health system cannot be spent’
According to the report, while 63 percent people believe that India has good treatment facilities. About 62 percent of people have said that “many citizens cannot afford good healthcare in the country as it is out of their reach.”
Pathak said, “If someone wants quality and comfortable healthcare, then the cost of healthcare is very high. PM JAY has given relief to people, yet the cost of treatment can be very heavy on the pocket.”
