Riya told that she even had to take the help of therapy to forget acting. Riya also told that when Hansal Mehta offered her his upcoming series, she had initially rejected it.
Riya said, ‘Hansal sir and the writer asked me what was stopping me. I told them that I have given up acting, then they said that this is why I should do this, it does not matter whether I do well or not. Now I am happy that I said yes, coming to the set was a different experience, a lot has changed in the last few years. It’s just like riding a bicycle, which you never forget.
Talking about her personal life, Riya further said that she has kept the door of her heart open for love also. Even today she believes that love is a very beautiful thing and she is ready to give love a chance again in her life. Because they believe in love.
