Indian cricket team head coach Gautam Gambhir had invited Team India for a dinner party at his home on Wednesday evening. It is reported that BCCI Vice President Rajeev Shukla has also attended this dinner party. In this party, 60-70 types of different dishes and 10 types of sweet dishes were served. From starter to main course, Indian Tandoor along with Chinese and Continental Italian food was also included.
Indian players had reached Gautam Gambhir’s house by bus. All the players were seen in very casual avatar. Shubhman Gill was seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark glasses. KL Rahul, Prasidh Krishna and other Indian cricketers including coaches Ryan ten Deutsche and Morne Morkel were also present at the dinner party. Earlier, Gautam Gambhir was also seen roaming outside his house in a casual style. He was wearing the jersey of Team India.
Head coach Gautam Gambhir has given this dinner party in the middle of India vs West Indies Test series. Team India has won the first test match by a margin of innings and 140 runs. A few days later, Team India has to go on Australian tour, where 3 ODI and five T20 matches will be played between the two teams.
In the first test match, KL Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja and Dhruv Jurel, all three batsmen scored centuries for India. Now the second test is to be played in Delhi from 10th October. Team India had already come to Delhi for the second test. Meanwhile, Gautam Gambhir organized a dinner party.
