Bright light affects this rhythmic process of the body and creates disturbance in it, due to which the person faces problems like psychological confusion, high BP and irregular heartbeat.

The risk of heart problems increases significantly due to exposure to bright light at night. In such a situation, exposure to bright light increases the risk of coronary artery disease by 32%, the risk of heart attack by 56% and the risk of heart stroke by 30%. The effect of night lights is so bad on our body that even after daily exercise, healthy diet and good sleep, this risk does not reduce.
