Amla plant can be planted in both summer and rainy season, but it is considered best to plant it between July to September. At this time there is moisture in the soil, due to which the roots of the plant spread quickly and the plant grows quickly.

Amla can grow easily in any type of soil, but if you want it to grow fast and bear good fruits, then loamy soil is best. There should be some moisture in the soil, but water should not remain stagnant at all.

Amla plant does not require much water. In summer, watering once every 2-3 days is sufficient. Do not water during the rainy season until the soil dries.
