If the vehicle in the photo is not yours or the location does not match. So understand that the challan is wrong. Many times traffic cameras or ANPR systems read the wrong number. How to get wrong challan canceled

To cancel a wrong challan, you will first have to go to the E-challan Parivahan portal. There you will get the option of Complain. You will have to upload challan number, vehicle number, mobile and important documents like RC, driving license, and photo of the vehicle. Along with this, it will have to be explained why the challan is wrong. After this the traffic department will investigate and cancel the challan.
