Pakistan Cricket Board: Pakistan cricket team has taken a big decision before the T20 series with South Africa. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has changed the color of the players’ jerseys from green to pink. This decision has been taken before the start of the T20 series against South Africa. On changing the color of the jersey, Pakistan Cricket Board has said that ‘there is a reason behind changing it to pink’.

Pakistan cricket team will wear pink jersey

Before this decision, Pakistan Cricket Board had said through media release that this pink jersey campaign is for ‘Pink Ribbon Pakistan’ movement. Its objective is to make people aware about breast cancer. Pakistan team is going to wear pink jersey under the captaincy of Salman Ali Aga. At the same time, the players and match officials of South Africa team are also going to wear pink ribbon, through this they will also work to make people aware about breast cancer.

During the first T20 match between South Africa and Pakistan, which will be played in Rawalpindi, the commentators in this match will also be seen wearing pink ribbons. The stumps used in the match will also be colored pink.

South Africa vs Pakistan T20 series

South African team has gone on Pakistan tour. The two-match Test series between Pakistan and South Africa was drawn at 1-1. Now the 3-match T20 series is starting from Tuesday, 28th October. Its first match will be played in Rawalpindi. The second and third matches will be held in Lahore. After the T20 series, a 3-match ODI series will also be played between the two teams.
