In such a situation, this happens mostly to those people who eat a lot of fried rice. That is why it is called fried rice syndrome.
How does this syndrome occur?

In such a situation, during the process of cooling this rice, Bacillus Cereus bacteria grows in it and it does not die even after cooking it again.
