On March 7, the Supreme Court granted him bail with several conditions, whose order was received by the jail administration after about 15 days.

Subhaspa MLA Abbas Ansari has been released from jail after 2 years 8 months. On 7 March 2025, the Supreme Court granted him interim bail in the Gangster Act case. After this, MLA Abbas Ansari was released from jail on reaching Parvana in jail on the 15th day. Subhaspa MLA Abbas Ansari was lodged in Kasganj jail since 15 February 2023.
