Before the Bihar Assembly elections, Union Minister Chirag Paswan has given a big statement after the arrest of JDU candidate from Mokama, Anant Singh in the Dularchand Yadav murder case. He said that if the government was giving protection to criminals then last night’s action would not have taken place. He said that the stand of our government is clear. As Chief Minister Nitish Kumar says, “We neither trap anyone nor save anyone.”

‘Arrest is part of the judicial process’- Chirag Paswan
Chirag Paswan said that this arrest is part of the judicial process and the government is not going to spare any criminal. He said, “As soon as facts and evidence come to light, immediate action is taken. There is no delay in justice in our government. Whoever is guilty will be given the harshest punishment.”
Taunt on Tejashwi Yadav
Taking a jibe at Tejashwi Yadav, he said, “Such arrogance is not right.” He accused the opposition of being busy only in making allegations, while the government was carrying forward the judicial process in a completely transparent manner.
What did Prime Minister Modi say on his visit to Bihar?
Speaking on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Bihar, Chirag Paswan said, “Whenever the Prime Minister comes to Bihar, our alliance benefits. Only the pair of Prime Minister at the Center and Chief Minister in the state will make Bihar a developed state.” He further said that development and good governance are being given priority in the state and strict action against every crime is part of the government’s policy.
