Police has suddenly raided the house of Congress MLA in Rohtas district of Bihar. Police raided the house of Santosh Mishra, the sitting MLA and candidate of Congress from Karghar, at midnight on Saturday (01 November). This action was allegedly taken in connection with a firing incident that took place in Sasaram. It is said that the police started raiding Patwadih village on the basis of technical evidence, and during this time also went to the MLA’s residence. The sudden action has created a sensation in the area.
MLA Santosh Mishra’s wife has expressed strong opposition to this action of the police and has made serious allegations. According to him, the police force entered the rooms of his house without informing him and even reached his bedroom. Questioning the working style of the police, he said, “This is a violation of privacy and such behavior with the house of an elected representative is not appropriate.”
There is a connection with the Sasaram firing case!
According to the police, this raid is related to the firing incident that took place yesterday (01 November) in Sasaram due to personal rivalry. The police took the help of technical evidence and on this basis started searching for the suspects in Patwadih village. However, it is not clear on the basis of which specific evidence or information the police entered the MLA’s residence.

According to the MLA, a large number of police forces had reached the residence of MLA Santosh Mishra at midnight. Seeing such a large number of policemen, there was panic in the village and people came out of their homes.
