Rain was seen in many states of North India in the beginning of November, but now the weather seems to be normal. Cold has started increasing in the capital Delhi. Fog has started in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in the morning and evening. Apart from this, there is a possibility of cold wave in the mountains.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), there is a possibility of severe cold in Delhi-NCR on Monday night (November 3), because the minimum temperature of Delhi today is expected to be 14 degrees Celsius. There is a possibility of rain in many parts of NCR including Delhi on Tuesday. Strong winds have started blowing in Delhi-NCR at the speed of 24 km per hour to 30 km per hour. However, despite these strong winds, there does not seem to be any major change in the pollution of Delhi NCR.
Fog will increase in UP now
After Montha, now the process of rain and wind has stopped in Uttar Pradesh. However, now fog has started occurring late at night and in the morning. After November 3, there is no possibility of fog for the next few days. The weather is likely to remain clear in the state till November 8. Due to the changed weather after the rains in the capital Lucknow, the timing of schools has been changed.
The weather will be dry in the western and eastern parts of the state today. During this period, there is a possibility of moderate fog at some places. However, there is no possibility of rain anywhere in the state during this period, nor is there any possibility of strong wind. There are chances of clear weather in the state on 5th and 6th November also. The weather is expected to remain clear in the state on 7th and 8th November.
Meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh said that after the cyclone, there is no possibility of rain in the state for the next one week, although mist and fog conditions are likely to persist in the morning. He said that in the last 48 hours, an increase of 6 to 8 degrees Celsius has been recorded in the maximum temperature, due to which the temperature has now reached close to normal.
How will the weather be in Bihar?
Talking about Bihar adjacent to UP, there is a possibility of clear sky in entire Bihar on 3rd and 4th November. There is a possibility of a new system forming in the Bay of Bengal between 5th and 7th November. Although this system will remain weak, due to this, light and sporadic rain may again be seen in some areas of Bihar.

The weather has started changing in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand. The cold will increase due to fog in the plains, while the cold wave in the mountains will be freezing cold. There are chances of snowfall in the high altitude areas of the hilly districts on November 4 and 5. According to the Meteorological Center, light fog may occur in the plains today, while there is a possibility of cold wave in the mountainous areas. However, the weather will remain dry across the state.
