  • Stress and lack of sleep- Stress and lack of sleep also temporarily affect the hormone levels, due to which white discharge occurs in women.

  • If itching, burning or foul smell starts at the time of white discharge, then you should not take it lightly.

  • To avoid infection caused by white discharge, women should take care of vaginal cleanliness daily and wear cotton undergarments instead of synthetic ones.

  • Private parts should be kept dry and clean.
