Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan always remains a part of the headlines. They get into trouble due to one reason or the other. This time Salman Khan is stuck in legal trouble. The Consumer Court of Kota has sent him a notice. In which they have been asked to reply by 27th November. This matter is related to a pan masala advertisement. In which a complainant has complained about misleading advertisement.

BJP Senior leader of RSS and Rajasthan High Court lawyer Inder Mohan Singh Honey has filed a complaint. In this, a demand has been made to ban the ads and it has been said that the customers are being misled by these ads.

In his complaint in the Kota Consumer Court, Honey claimed that Rajshree Pan Masala manufacturing company and its brand ambassador Salman Khan are doing misleading advertising by calling the product as saffron cardamom and saffron pan masala. The petitioner said that these claims cannot be true because saffron, which costs approx. 4 lakh per kilogram, 5 Rs. Cannot be included in products with. The complaint said that such claims encourage youth to eat pan masala, which is a major cause of oral cancer.

Answer sought from Salman Khan

After the complaint, Kota Consumer Court has issued a notice to Salman and sought a formal reply. ANI According to, the reply from both the manufacturing company and the actor is awaited. The next hearing is to be held on November 27.
