Amitabh has done this deal for Rs 12 crores. He got 47 percent profit from this deal. Amitabh had bought this apartment 13 years ago.
Amitabh Bachchan sold 2 apartments
According to the report of Business Today, both these apartments were on the 47th floor of Oberoi Exclusive tower. He has sold these apartments to Asha Ishwar Shukla and Mamta Surajdev Shukla. The transactions were registered on 31 October and 1 November. For this, stamp duty of Rs 30 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30 thousand is imposed.
Let us tell you that Amitabh had bought this apartment in 2012 for Rs 8.12 crores. This also includes car parking space.
Duplex was sold in January also
Earlier, in January 2025, Amitabh had sold a huge duplex worth Rs 83 crore in Andheri’s Atlantis Building. Only last month, he had purchased three plots worth Rs 6.59 crore in ‘A Alibaug’ Phase-2 project of House of Abhinandan Lodha in Alibaug.
In 2024, Amitabh and his son Abhishek had purchased 10 apartments worth Rs 24.94 crore in Oberoi Reality’s Eternia project. Whereas Abhishek had bought 6 flats worth ₹ 15.42 crore in Oberoi Sky City, Borivali.
