Yogi government has taken action on illegal encroachments in Lucknow. The state government has freed 2,322 square meter of valuable land in Hazratganj from the possession of mafia Mukhtar Ansari. Yogi government has built 72 flats for the poor on this precious land. Which are divided into 3 blocks.
EWS category flats in an area of 36.65 square meters have been built for the poor. Balu Adda, 1090 intersection, Narhi, Sikandarbagh and Hazratganj intersection are located just five to 10 minutes away from the scheme located on 20 meter wide Bandha Road.
Government action against mafias
Taking action under the zero tolerance policy, the Yogi government has freed all the valuable land of more than 20 bighas from the occupation of the mafia. The process of building 700 flats for the poor on these lands is going on.
Preparations are underway to build 150 flats in Naini, 200 flats in Jhunsi and 350 flats in Jhalwa, for which the blue print has almost been prepared. Yogi government is building houses for the lower income group and the poor on the land freed from mafias.
Screws under zero tolerance policy
Yogi government has freed illegal property from the possession of hardened criminals under the zero tolerance policy in eight and a half years. Yogi government has formed a four-tier anti-land mafia task force and has freed more than 66 thousand hectares of land from illegal encroachment. At the same time, legal action has been taken by the government by identifying 142 encroachers as land mafia.
Action on illegal encroachments in Prayagraj
Yogi government had freed 15,000 square feet of land in Lukerganj from the possession of mafia Atiq Ahmed in Prayagraj. On this land, 76 flats have been built for the poor in a 4-storey tower.
Let us tell you that in the year 2023, CM Yogi had handed over the keys of the flat built on the land freed from the possession of Atiq Ahmed to the poor. Mafia Atiq and his brother Ashraf had captured valuable land in Jhalwa, Sulemsarai, Chakia, Naini, Kasari-Masari and Jhunsi in Prayagraj.
Houses given to the poor on mafia land
Yogi government has freed illegal property from the possession of mafia Atiq and Mukhtar Ansari and built houses for the poor. Because of CM Yogi, the poor are also getting houses in UP. Sardar Patel Housing Scheme has been formed for the low income group after freeing the land from the possession of Mukhtar Ansari.
