West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) has brought great opportunities for the youth. WBSSC has released a total of 8,477 vacancies on Group C and Group D posts and the most important thing is that the selection on these posts will be without any interview. That means candidates can get the job only on the basis of written examination and document verification.
How many posts are vacant?
WBSSC has issued recruitment for a total of 8,477 posts. Of these, 2,989 posts of Group C and 5,488 posts of Group D are included. All these posts are of non-teaching staff i.e. candidates will be appointed on clerk, lab assistant, multi-tasking staff and other administrative posts.
How much salary will you get?
The candidates selected on these posts will be given a salary of Rs 26,605 to Rs 29,905 every month. Apart from this, candidates will also get government facilities like DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance) and Medical Allowance. The biggest feature of a government job is that along with the job, one also gets stability, security and guarantee of future.
What should be the qualification?
For Group C posts, the candidate must be 12th pass or graduate. Whereas for Group D posts, the candidate must have passed at least 8th or 10th class. No prior experience is necessary for these posts, that is, fresher candidates can also apply.
age limit
The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 40 years as on 3 December 2025. As per reservation, SC/ST candidates will get relaxation of 5 years. OBC candidates will be given relaxation of 3 years.
This much application fee will have to be paid
The application fee for General/OBC/EWS candidates has been kept at Rs 400. SC/ST/PH candidates will have to pay only Rs 150 fee. Fees can be paid only in online mode.
