Under this recruitment, appointments will be made on 12 posts. The name of the post is Stenographer (High Grade). To apply, the age of the candidate should be between 21 to 38 years. Whereas candidates belonging to reserved categories will be given relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.

The candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized university. If a candidate has already worked as a stenographer in a court, tribunal or government lawyer’s office for five years or more, then he will be given relaxation in certain conditions. Candidates with Law Degree will be given preference in this recruitment.

Also, the shorthand speed of the candidate should be 100 words per minute and English typing speed should be 40 words per minute. That means, to get selection in this job, your typing and speed will be your biggest strength.

Candidates selected on this post will get basic salary ranging from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 per month. Along with this, Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) and other government allowances will also be given.

The selection process will also be completely transparent. Candidates will be selected in four stages. Written Examination, Shorthand Test, Typing Test and Viva Voce (Interview). At every stage, the language proficiency, speed and ability of expression of the candidate will be evaluated.
