The most difficult thing about it is that this disease does not come suddenly, but starts gradually in the form of small symptoms. Sometimes periods are missed, pimples appear frequently, or strange changes are seen in the body. Many of us ignore these things considering them as stress, eating habits or hormonal problems. Irregular periods

Not every woman’s period is of 28 days, sometimes stress, travel or sleep disturbance makes a difference. But in PCOS this difference increases a lot. Periods come late by more than 35 days or sometimes remain missing for months. Many women experience the opposite. When the period comes, there is heavy bleeding and fatigue. All this happens because ovulation is not regular in PCOS, which leads to hormonal imbalance and the body’s rhythm gets disturbed.
