Amidst the Bihar Assembly elections, there has been a stir in Samastipur district after thousands of VVPAT slips were found in the garbage. On this incident, Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav has made a scathing attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Election Commission. He said that BJP and its allies do not believe in democracy but in plunder.

He said that BJP’s history has been of backdoor politics. Akhilesh said that these people have been doing the work of informers and intelligence since before independence. But now their loopholes have been exposed and the public is no longer going to tolerate scams. Now those at the back door should hear the knock of the public.
Questions raised on Election Commission also
The SP chief also raised serious questions on the role of the Election Commission on this entire episode. He said that honest officials are being neglected in the Election Commission, and the sanctity of the democratic process is being tainted with the connivance of some people. Akhilesh said that action should be taken against such corrupt officials so that the credibility of democracy is preserved.
Akhilesh Yadav said that the days of those who hollow out democracy from within like termites are over. The new generation will now create a new future.

This matter is of Sarairanjan assembly constituency of Samastipur district. Thousands of VVPAT slips were found thrown in the garbage heap near Sheetalpatti village here. It was told that voting was held on this seat on 6th November and on 8th November the villagers saw these slips in the garbage.
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the local people made a video and made it viral on social media, after which the politics heated up. On information, the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police reached the spot and confiscated all the slips. The officials have assured a fair investigation.
