Voting for the first phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 has been completed, while voting for the second phase is to be held on November 11. According to media reports, counting of Bihar Assembly election votes will start at 8 am on November 14. Regarding this, strong rooms have been made in the districts, where EVM machines are kept under complete security. Market committee premises have been selected for counting of votes in Muzaffarpur. Three level security arrangements have been made here. Bihar Police personnel are deployed in the outermost circle, Bihar SAP forces are deployed in the middle circle and central paramilitary forces have been deployed in the innermost circle. There is a system of strict frisking at the entrance and dozens of CCTV cameras have been installed throughout the complex, which are being monitored 24 hours from the control room.
