The actress told that her figure has been quite slim since the beginning, especially when she was in her 20s. The actress said, ‘I have been in front of the camera since the age of 15 and people have seen me grow up in front of the camera.

So there is nothing to hide. Before the age of 30, my body was quite lean. My body has been like this since the beginning. The way my body is now is technically not new to me. I have grown up like this. ,

Along with this, she revealed that even though she was doing everything to control her weight, her stomach started coming out. The actress also talked about inflammation and said that every woman has to go through this cycle when her body changes.

She said that she does not follow beauty standards because she loves her curves. Tamannaah Bhatia believes that everyone should embrace and love their curves or their body.
