
Actress Sushmita Sen works hard to keep herself fit and follows the right diet.

Sushmita does four sessions of two hours each in a week in her home gym. She also takes the help of yoga to keep herself fit.

To maintain body balance and energy, Susmita also makes ball plank a part of her workout. He also likes kick boxing, calisthenics, aerial silk yoga and combination martial arts.

Along with workouts, Sushmita also takes special care of her diet. Start the day with ginger tea.

And then after some time she eats a glass of vegetable juice and three eggs or takes porridge.

Let us tell you, Sushmita’s lunch includes a bowl of rice, pulses, vegetables, chicken or fish.

Whereas Sushmita likes to eat something light in the evening. This includes things like upma, idli and a cup of coffee.
