After the blast near the Red Fort in Delhi, security agencies are continuously engaged in investigation. In the same sequence, Dr. Parvez, brother of Dr. Shaheen, who was arrested from Faridabad, has also been detained by UP ATS. According to sources, UP ATS has taken Dr. Parvez to Delhi where NIA will now interrogate him.
Dr. Parvez is the younger brother of Dr. Shaheen who was arrested on charges of involvement in terrorist activities in Faridabad. Dr. Shaheen was in constant touch with her brother Dr. Parvez. After which UP ATS had detained Parvez on Tuesday evening.
ATS detained Dr Parvez
Earlier yesterday morning, ATS had raided the hideout of Dr. Parvez. Parvez had called his father for the last time on 4 November. It is being told that from November 4, ATS and intelligence agencies of Delhi had started arresting people involved in terrorist activities, after which he had resigned from Integral University a week ago on November 6.
Dr. Parvez was working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine of this University. He had disappeared after resigning. After Dr. Shaheen’s arrest, he had also switched off his mobile phone. According to sources, ATS has also recovered many suspicious items including six mobile phones, an international SIM card and secret disk from his house. All these phones are keypad phones, which he used to use.
Elder brother expressed surprise when their names came up
Shoaib, elder brother of Dr. Shaheen and Dr. Parvez, has expressed surprise at their names appearing in this case. He said that I do not believe this. Our brothers and sisters are not like this. Dr. Shaheen was very good in studies since childhood. The family has had no contact with him for four years. Due to family dispute, she did not come here. We don’t think they can do that.
Big revelation from Dr. Muzammil’s phone
On the other hand, investigation of the phone of Dr. Muzammil, arrested in Jaish terror module, has also revealed a big thing. The investigating agencies came to know that he had come to Delhi several times this year. The investigating agencies have found photographs of some places in Delhi from his phone.
The agencies are assuming that his coming to Delhi was part of his planning. Now it is being ascertained who he met in Delhi
And did he come to Delhi alone or was there someone else with him? It is being told that Dr. Shaheen was Muzammil’s girlfriend.
