The story of Dr. Omar starts from Koil village in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. He was born on 24 February 1989. Media reports say that Umar was good in studies since childhood. The family had high hopes from him that one day he would become a great doctor and it happened that with his hard work he got admission in MBBS.
Where did you study medicine from?
Umar had completed his MBBS from Government Medical College (GMC), Srinagar. This is the oldest and top government medical college of Kashmir Valley, where every year thousands of students try for admission on the basis of merit. He was always good during his studies. During his internship, he was busy serving patients in hospitals day and night.
Government Medical College Srinagar is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the students studying there make themselves famous by becoming doctors all over the country. Umar also took his degree from there and started working as a resident doctor.

Anantnag to Faridabad
Dr. Umar also worked as a resident doctor in GMC, Anantnag. He served there for some years. Just a few years ago, he shifted to Faridabad with his family and started teaching as an assistant professor in a university.
