In the investigation of Delhi blast and terrorist module in Faridabad, the hands of agencies have now reached Dr. Arif, who is studying in Cardiology Institute of Kanpur. ATS has detained Dr Arif for questioning, it is said that the doctor was very close to Shaheen.

It can also be said that Dr. Shaheen and Dr. Arif lived in the same campus. There is talk that both of them were involved in anti-national activities together for a long time.
After the arrest of Dr. Arif, names of more people associated with Dr. Shaheen’s network in Kanpur may also come to light. In the mobile phone found by the police of Dr. Shaheen, information about conversation between the two through SMS has come to light. At present there are seven students in this Cardiology Institute who are from Jammu and Kashmir and are studying DM from here.

Dr. Arif is a resident of Anantnag area of Jammu and Kashmir and was living in a rented flat in Ashok Nagar area of Kanpur. On Wednesday, investigating agencies picked him up from home. Arif is a student of NEET SS- 2024 batch. It is being told that on Tuesday also he had worked in the afternoon shift, after which he went to his home, during which the ATS caught him.
