
Rashmika’s workout routine is not limited to any one exercise. She tries different things in fitness. She does different types of workouts four days a week, like kickboxing and dance, sometimes swimming, spinning or yoga. For cardio, she does brisk walking, while for strength training she includes multi-joint movements like landmine deadlifts, push-ups, chin-ups and snatches.

Rashmika says that if there is no excitement in fitness then you cannot continue it for long. That’s why she always keeps changing her workout list so that she doesn’t get bored. Sometimes she stretches her body through yoga, and sometimes she sweats through kickboxing.

Rashmika believes that fitness is not complete just by workout, along with it proper eating habits and hydration are also important. She starts the day with a big glass of water, sometimes adding apple cider vinegar to keep her metabolism fast. His diet pattern is mostly vegetarian and eggtarian. She stays away from things to which she is allergic like tomato, capsicum, cucumber and potato.

For lunch, she prefers light and nutritious food, which includes South Indian food, but often skips rice. Dinner is usually light, sometimes soup and sometimes fruits. If she feels like snacking, she eats sweet potatoes, dry fruits or seeds instead of junk food.

Rashmika drinks a lot of water to maintain energy during long shooting schedules. She definitely drinks 8 to 10 glasses of water a day and always keeps a water bottle with her. He says that due to not drinking enough water, not only the skin but also the muscles feel tired. Even during shooting, she keeps herself hydrated with coconut water or lemon water.

The biggest feature of Rashmika’s fitness journey is consistency and adaptability. No matter how busy the schedule is, she always finds time for workout. If she is not able to go to the gym, she does stretching or mobility exercises in the hotel room itself. For them, fitness is not only physical but also a means of mental balance.

Rashmika believes that fitness does not just mean losing weight, but making oneself strong from within. For them, staying fit is more important than fitting into a fashion number.
