
Ekadashi fast is observed every month on the 11th day of Krishna Paksha and Shukla Paksha. Ekadashi of Krishna Paksha of Margashirsha or Agahan month is known as Utpana Ekadashi. Lord Vishnu and Goddess Ekadashi are worshiped on this date.

This year, the fast of Utpanna Ekadashi will be observed on Saturday, 15 November 2025. According to the Panchang, Ekadashi Tithi will start on 15th November at 12:49 am (14th November midnight) and Ekadashi Tithi will end on 16th November at 02:37 am.

Ekadashi Tithi will be valid from morning till late night on Saturday 15th November. Therefore, the fast of Utpanna Ekadashi will be observed on this day.

According to the Panchang, Utpanna Ekadashi is going to be under the influence of Rahukaal on 15th November. On this day, Rahukaal will be from 09:25 to 10:45 in the morning. At this time, one should avoid worshiping or doing any auspicious work.

Abhijeet Muhurat for worship of Utpanna Ekadashi will be from 11:44 am to 12:27 pm. Vijay Muhurta will be from 01:53 pm to 02:36 pm and Godhuli Muhurta will be from 05:27 pm to 05:54 pm.

After the fast of Utpanna Ekadashi on 15th November, Parana will be performed the next day. The time of Paran will be from 01:10 to 03:16 pm on 16th November. In such a situation, you will get 2 hours 6 minutes time to pass. Whereas on Paran Tithi, the time of ending of Hari Vasar is 09:09 am on 16th November.
