Amidst the ongoing dispute in the Lalu family, elder son Tej Pratap Yadav has sought help from the Center and Nitish government of Bihar. A post in this regard has been made on the social media of Tej Pratap Yadav’s party Janashakti Janata Dal. ‘Jaichand’ has been mentioned in the long post. He says that this is not just a matter of one family but of the soul of Bihar.
Through the post, Tej Pratap said that some Jaichand type people are making nefarious attempts to keep my parents under mental and physical pressure. If there is even an iota of truth in these, then this is not just an attack on my family but a direct attack on the soul of the entire RJD.
Tej Pratap said, “Irregularities in ticket distribution, distribution of tickets by taking money, and mixed politics of sycophants, all these ignored the pillars that built RJD for years, who sacrificed themselves day and night for the party. Today, the same Jaichand, on the basis of greed and flattery, is destroying both the house and the organization.”
‘Strictest action should be taken against those responsible’
Along with Prime Minister Narendra and Home Minister Amit Shah, he urged the Nitish government of Bihar to conduct a fair, strict and immediate investigation into this entire episode. He said, “If my parents have been subjected to any form of mental or physical torture, then the strictest action should be taken against those responsible. My father is already unwell. He cannot bear such pressure at all.”
‘FIR should be registered and sent behind bars tomorrow’
Tej Pratap Yadav made it clear through the post that if anyone misbehaved, pushed, abused or mentally/physically tortured my sister, my mother and my father, then an FIR should be immediately registered against the names of Sanjay Yadav, Rameez Nemat Khan and Pritam Yadav and they should be sent behind the bars. This is not just a matter of one family but of the soul of Bihar.
