The total movable assets of Nitish Kumar have been stated to be Rs 16.97 lakh. In this he has clarified that he has Rs 21,052 in cash. He told that about Rs 60,811 are deposited in his bank accounts. He also mentioned that the value of his total movable assets including all other movable properties, investments and fixed deposits comes to Rs 16.97 lakh.
CM Nitish Kumar has only one car
In the affidavit of 2024, he has stated that he has a Ford EcoSport Titanium car, which is worth Rs 11,32,753. He said that he has two gold rings of 20 grams each and a silver ring, the total value of which is Rs 1,26,000. He has also given details of all the important items present in his house, which include AC, computer, air cooler, treadmill, stabilizer, washing machine, microwave, OTG and exercise cycle, and their total value is Rs 3,52,125.
Sushasan Babu also has cows and calves
Nitish Kumar told that he has 13 cows. He also wrote that he had 10 calves. All these animals are part of his movable properties.
Flat worth Rs 1.48 crore
Nitish Kumar’s immovable properties are worth a total of Rs 1.48 crore. He told that he has a flat of 1000 square feet in Dwarka area of Delhi, which is worth Rs 1,48,00,000. Even in the last year 2023, his property was of approximately the same value, hence only a slight increase has been seen in his property value this time.

The property of Nitish Kumar’s son registered in 2015 is also important. His son had Rs 7,000 in cash. He had more than Rs 80 lakh deposited in his bank and post office accounts.
He also had gold and silver coins worth Rs 10 lakh. There was agricultural land worth Rs 88 lakh in Nalanda in his name. He had registered non-agricultural land worth Rs 3 lakh in Nalanda and Patna.
