Amitesh Shah, chief executive officer of the management company of Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan, has been registered in an FIR. Amitesh Shah is also the founder and CEO of a company named Legaxy. Actually, an FIR has been registered in Gurgaon, in which it is alleged that Amitesh prepared fake documents for unauthorized advertisement during the Asia Cup. He has been accused of misusing Shikhar Dhawan’s name and cheating him.

According to the complaint filed, even after leaving Shikhar Dhawan’s company, Amitesh Shah continued calling himself Dhawan’s authorized agent. Besides, he also manipulated the agreement, through which he showed himself to be related to Shikhar Dhawan.

According to a report in Times of India, Amitesh Shah is also accused of using Shikhar Dhawan’s pictures without permission, illegally forging an expired advertising contract with a cricket application and making an agreement under false authority.

It is also written in the complaint lodged that Amitesh had transferred approximately Rs 40 lakh to another company without informing Shikhar Dhawan and the management team. In this case, the police have started investigating the transactions related to money transactions, the means through which contacts were made and the contract documents.

Let us tell you that Shikhar Dhawan’s name had also come up recently in the matter of promoting an online betting company. In this case, property worth about Rs 11 crore of Shikhar Dhawan and Suresh Raina was confiscated. This also includes movable assets worth Rs 4.5 crore of Dhawan.
