Priya’s lawyer Shail Trehan has presented many documents. In which counter has been taken for non-payment of children’s university fees. He has presented the receipt of semester fees of Rs 95 lakh. He has confirmed from the receipt that the fees have already been paid and the next installment is to be paid in December for the second semester.

Priya has said in the court that it is not unusual for a husband to transfer all his property to his wife, but it is a strong tradition which is being followed in her family also. Delhi High Court: The lawyer appearing on behalf of Priya Kapoor told the court that Sanjay’s father had also given his entire property in the name of wife Rani Kapoor in his will. Similarly, in Sanjay Kapoor’s will also, his wife Priya has been made the heir, so there is no doubt about it.
