There has been a continuous political uproar in Bihar since the BJP quota went to the Home Department. The opposition is cornering Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for this. Because till now he kept the Home Department with himself. Meanwhile, BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain has now attacked RJD over the rhetoric being made by the opposition.
On Monday (November 24, 2025), Shahnawaz Hussain said, “RJD should look into its own secrets. Samrat Chaudhary is an excellent minister. Earlier too, when he was the Panchayati Raj Minister, he had done better work. He did a good job as the leader of the opposition. Now as the Finance Minister, Samrat Chaudhary has done the entire financial management very well. He has become the Home Minister. RJD people are feeling scared. They are giving such statements out of fear.”
Before Shahnawaz, Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi has attacked RJD and said, “The same fate that befell dinosaurs on earth, will be the same fate of RJD in Bihar. Now everyone has started saying… dinosaurs can come back on earth but people of RJD cannot come to Bihar.”
Case should be registered against Irfan Ansari: Shahnawaz
On the other hand, Shahnawaz Hussain targeted Irfan Ansari. Said, “Jharkhand minister Irfan Ansari should be sued. Action should be taken against him. A minister is instigating like this? He should be sued for obstructing the work of a government official. Saying that if the BLO comes, keep him tied in the house. This is an irresponsible statement. What kind of people become ministers and give such statements…”
Samrat Chaudhary offered prayers
On the other hand, Deputy Chief Minister cum Home Minister Samrat Chaudhary, during his visit to Tarapur, offered prayers at Ratneshwar Nath Mahadev Temple and Teldiha Shaktipeeth on Monday. After the puja, he took out a grand road show in Asarganj, where people welcomed him with flowers and garlands. In a post on Twitter, Samrat Choudhary has written, “Shakti Swaroopa based in Tarapur, worshiped at the Teldiha temple of Mother of the World Maa Durga and wished for happiness, peace and prosperity in the state. It is only with the blessings of Maa Bhavani that we are moving on the path of public service.”
