India has won the Women’s Kabaddi World Cup title by defeating Chinese Taipei 35-28 in the final. This final was played in Dhaka and Team India has become the world champion for the second consecutive time. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also congratulated Team India on this historic victory. The Indian team showed strong performance throughout the tournament and reached the semi-finals remaining undefeated. India made it to the final by defeating Iran 33-21 in the semi-finals.
On the other hand, Chinese Taipei also came to the finals without losing any match, having defeated Bangladesh 25-18 in the semi-finals. In Pro Kabaddi League, Puneri Paltan’s coach and former Indian captain Ajay Thakur also praised Team India. Haryana Steelers coach Manpreet Singh also congratulated Team India on winning the World Cup.

Women’s Kabaddi is rapidly gaining recognition in the world. A total of 11 countries participated in this World Cup tournament, but India has won by defeating all of them.
