At present, discussions about turmoil and manipulation are intense in the politics of Bihar. In this series, AIMIM State President and MLA Akhtarul Iman on Tuesday gave a strict warning to RJD and Congress and said that no attempt should be made to break the MLAs of his party. He clearly said that this is no longer a ‘first-time situation’ and AIMIM today is stronger than ever.
While talking to journalists, Akhtarul Iman alleged that five MLAs of the party had won in the last assembly elections, but RJD had defected to four of them and included them in its camp. He asked sarcastically whether an attempt was being made to repeat the same story this time too.
JDU trying to woo AIMIM MLAs
Citing the ongoing discussions in political circles, Iman claimed that this time Janata Dal United (JDU) is trying to woo AIMIM MLAs. He said that those who do politics of horse-trading, they themselves go bankrupt. But one should not expect any AIMIM MLA to break away. Iman said in a warning tone that do not try to look towards our house. AIMIM is now stronger than before and it is not easy to break any of our MLAs.
Earlier RJD and Congress had proposed to join – Iman
Continuing his attack on RJD and Congress, Iman said that AIMIM had earlier offered cooperation to both the parties, but they rejected it. Now the same parties are trying to preach, while they are not even able to handle their situation properly. He claimed that four Congress MLAs themselves are angry and in such a situation, Congress should pay attention to its own situation before commenting on others.
RJD did not consider their demands for conditions
Iman also reminded that during the assembly elections, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi had talked about supporting RJD, but RJD did not consider his conditions and demands. According to Iman, today the same parties are spreading unnecessary speculations about AIMIM MLAs.
Amid the changing political circumstances of Bihar, this statement of Akhtarul Iman clearly indicates that AIMIM is in no mood to tolerate any kind of sabotage politics this time. The party appears to be more cautious than before about its existence and strength.
