Bharat Dynamics Limited i.e. BDL has released a great opportunity for the youth. The company has started the recruitment process for a total of 80 posts of Management Trainee. If you have studied engineering, finance or HR and are looking for a good government job, then this can be a golden opportunity for you. The online application process has started and candidates can apply till the due date.
There is recruitment for how many posts?
This time BDL has recruited a total of 80 management trainee posts. These posts include areas like engineering, finance and human resources.
Ability
For the posts of Management Trainee, candidates should have a degree from a recognized university in the relevant field. For engineering posts, BE or B.Tech is mandatory which should be in the same stream, whereas for finance posts, CA, CMA or MBA finance degree is required. For HR posts, it is necessary to have a course like MBA or PGDM.
age limit
The maximum age limit for general candidates has been fixed at 27 years, whereas for those candidates who have the qualification of CA or CMA, the age limit has been kept at 28 years. Apart from this, reserved category candidates like SC, ST, OBC and PwBD candidates will be given age relaxation as per government rules.
application fee
The application fee for General, OBC and EWS category candidates has been kept at Rs 500 while the fee is exempted for SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-Serviceman candidates. Fee can be paid through online mode i.e. UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card.
selection process
Selection for Management Trainee posts in BDL will be based on two stages.
First step –
There will be a computer based examination i.e. CBT, in which a total of 150 questions will be asked, out of which 100 questions will be from the related subject and 50 will be from general aptitude. Time of 2 hours will be given in the examination and its weightage will be considered as 85 percent.
Second phase-
There will be an interview whose weightage has been kept at 15 percent. Only the candidates who are successful in CBT will be included in the interview. The final merit will be prepared on the basis of both the stages and candidates will be selected accordingly.
