According to BJP leader Rakesh Tripathi, recruitment in Uttar Pradesh is being done on the basis of merit without nepotism. There will be a large number of recruitments in future also. The youth have faith in Yogi, so they are sure.
SP trying to woo women voters
At the same time, Samajwadi Party is in a mood to challenge this political temperature with women’s issues. While posting pictures of women MPs on social media, Akhilesh Yadav said, “A in PDA means half the population, and respect for every woman is our resolution. They have announced ‘Stree Samman-Samriddhi Yojana’. SP’s stance towards women voters seems more aggressive than before.

Congress cornered BJP
Congress leader Surendra Rajput says, “BJP makes false promises of creating jobs as soon as elections come. They said 2 crore jobs in 2014, 50 lakh in 2022. Leave aside police recruitment, no recruitment took place. The public will answer in 2027.”
At the same time, political analysts say that in the fight of 2027, the old equation of MY i.e. Muslim-Yadav has changed to “MY i.e. Women and Youth”. And both classes are the key to electoral victory. Senior journalist Gyanendra Shukla said, “In UP, the youth have always decided the elections. The narrative of unemployment was dominant in 2024. Now the BJP is busy sending a positive message among the youth. Also, like Bihar, women voters are also going to be decisive.”

However, apart from this, we were also waiting for many jobs but those jobs did not come. Now we will get the job by giving good work to the one that has come.
