SMAT 2025: On Monday, in the group match of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, such a feat took place, the echo of which is being heard throughout Indian domestic cricket. 26 year old Baroda batsman Amit Pasi created history in his debut T20 match itself. At the Gymkhana Ground in Hyderabad, he played such an innings by hitting fours and sixes that he has reached number 1 in the list of players who have played the biggest innings in a T20 debut match.
Smoldering century in debut match

This was not just a century, but a statement by which he announced his arrival in Indian domestic cricket. With this performance, Amit has equaled the record made by Pakistani player Bilal Asif in 2015. Bilal had also scored only 114 runs.
List of biggest innings in debut T20
Amit Pasi has now joined the few batsmen who scored a century in his very first match. The top-5 list of biggest innings is now as follows,
