Arshdeep’s 7 wides and top order failure
The biggest disappointment of this match for India was Arshdeep Singh’s 7 wide balls in a single over. This not only increased the runs but also increased the pressure on the team. Whereas in batting, both Shubman Gill and Suryakumar Yadav flopped for the second consecutive match. Had it not been for Tilak Verma’s inning of 62 runs in 34 balls, the margin of defeat could have been bigger.
Captain Suryakumar’s big statement
