Vaibhav Suryavanshi had made a big record on the very first day, he became the batsman who played the biggest innings in the Under-19 Asia Cup. Vaibhav scored 171 runs, with the help of which the Indian team scored a huge score of 433 runs. In reply, UAE could score only 199 runs, India won the match by a huge margin of 234 runs.
This big record of Vaibhav was broken within some time, in the second match, Pakistani batsman Sameer Manhas played an inning of 177 runs against Malaysia. Now Manhas became the batsman who played the biggest individual innings in the Under-19 Asia Cup. In this innings played in 148 balls, Manhas hit 8 sixes and 11 fours.
In this match, Pakistan, batting first, had scored 345 runs, in reply the entire team of Malaysia was reduced to 48 runs.
