According to the report of Cricbuzz, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Saturday gave this information about Hooda’s bowling action to the IPL franchises before the auction to be held on December 16.
Deepak Hooda bowls part-time off-spin. In the last edition, he played 7 matches for Chennai Super Kings team, but did not bowl in any of them. He has since bowled six overs in BCCI domestic tournaments.
Deepak Hooda last bowled in the match played against Jharkhand on 8 December, where he took 1 wicket for 24 runs in 3 overs. If he is called for suspicious action again, he may be banned from bowling in the IPL.
