3. After this add gram flour and rice flour. Keep in mind that the amount of flour should not be too much, so that the pakodas become crispy.
4. Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
5. Prepare a thick batter by adding water slowly. The batter should be so thick that the pakodas are easily formed and do not separate in the oil.
6. Heat oil in a pan. The oil should be on medium flame so that the pakodas get cooked properly from inside.
7. Take small portions from the prepared mixture, put them in oil and fry till they become golden and crispy.
8. Take out the pakodas carefully and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
