Details of total posts
Under IIMC Recruitment 2025, appointments will be made on a total of 51 posts, in which maximum 12 posts have been kept for Upper Division Clerk, apart from this, there are 11 posts of Assistant, 6 posts of Stenographer, 5 posts of Assistant Registrar, 5 posts of Professional Assistant and 5 posts of Junior Programmer, while 4 posts of Section Officer will be filled along with this, Library and Information Assistant, Assistant 1 post each has been earmarked for Editor and Senior Research Assistant.
Ability
It is mandatory for the candidates applying for IIMC Recruitment 2025 to have a Diploma, Graduation or Post Graduation degree in a related subject from a recognized university. age limit
In IIMC Recruitment 2025, the age limit has been fixed differently for different posts. For the posts of Library and Information Officer, Assistant Registrar and Senior Research Assistant, the maximum age of the candidate should be 40 years, while for the post of Assistant Editor, the maximum age limit has been kept at 56 years. Apart from this, the maximum age for the posts of Section Officer, Assistant, Professional Assistant and Junior Programmer has been fixed at 35 years for the posts of Upper Division Clerk and Stenographer. But the maximum age of the candidates applying should be 32 years. As per government rules, reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation.

When can you apply?
Apart from this, candidates should also keep in mind that online applications will be accepted starting from 31 December 2025 till 12 January 2026. After filling the online form, its hard copy should reach the prescribed address by 19 January 2026. Applications sent after the deadline will not be accepted.
